1.1 Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Your") and MakaNetu Lda ("MakaNetu", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the MakaNetu platform, including mobile applications (iOS and Android), website (makanetu.com and subdomains), APIs, and related services.
1.2 Who Can Use MakaNetu
- ✓16 years or older: You may use MakaNetu independently
- ✓13-15 years old: You may use with verifiable parental/guardian consent
- ✗Under 13 years: You may NOT use MakaNetu under any circumstances
1.3 Changes to These Terms
MakaNetu may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification with 30 days advance notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
